There is currently an issue with the telephones in Peebles Library, Museum and Gallery - please call 01750 726400 where our staff will be able to help you.
Peebles library and museum at the Chambers Institution will be temporarily closing to the public for a period of important decant and refurbishment works. Effective from Monday 13th April 2026 until the end of 2027.
Alternative service provision for Peebles will begin again on Monday 27th April 2026 following completion of decant and office moves.
