Books, Manuscripts
Millions of children are being exploited. It is estimated that over 250 million children between the ages of 5 and 14 work for a living, 300,000 children under the age of eighteen have fought in armed conflicts world-wide and each year over one million children enter the sex trade. This book looks at the growing problem of child exploitation and what is being done to eradicate it. The information comes from a wide variety of sources and includes government reports and statistics, newspaper reports, features, magazine articles and surveys, literature from lobby groups and charitable organizations
