Summary

Joel Cameron was just another member of Ewen Cameron's brush-popping crew that was chousing out the longhorned ladinos from the wild and savage brasada south of the Rio Grande when he first set eyes on Consuela O Rourke. It was in the year 1842, six years after the battle of the Alamo.
